On Thursday, February 26, 2009, Amy Teas from the Bradshaw Law Firm in Des Moines and I presented a summary of civil case law decisions by the Iowa Supreme Court. We led off the annual convention of the Iowa Academy of Trial Lawyers. Here are the outline which we prepared for the presentation along with a Power Point presentation that summarizes many of the decisions during the past twevle months of the Iowa Supreme Court.
