Des Moines Radio Pesonality Dic Youngs Dies

One of the most familiar voices on Des Moines radio, Dic Youngs, dies following a long illness.  He was 68. 

"Youngsie" or the "Youngster" was one of the best "Top 40" disc jockeys in any market. 

KIOA, Des Moines, where Youngs spent over 40 years of his Des Moines broadcasting career has an excellent tribute.
